Rating System:  Power rating -  Four (4) Points are received for a victory and Bonus points are awarded for defeating:

A Team= 1 points    AA Team = 2 points   AAA Team = 3 points    AA Team = 4 points

Two Additional points are awarded for a victory over a team with a winning percentage of .700 or higher.
Total points earned would be divided by the number of games played at the deadline date to determine the rating number to be used for seeding.
